**Overview**:
**Detailed Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word). Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide guidance to rural entrepreneurs. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving program objectives and empowering Eye Connect Technicians.

**Qualification**:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Entrepreneurship, or related field required.

**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship support, or related roles.

**Term**: 1 year - Fixed term contract

**Location**:Delhi, Mohali, Bhubaneswar, Wardha, Aurangabad, Jalna, Kolkata, Nashik, Amravati, Nagpur.
