**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and analyse data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions to address client challenges.
- Participate in client meetings and workshops, providing analytical support.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contributing to business development efforts.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Learn and grow by working closely with experienced team members and contributing to the team’s overall success.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: MBA or equivalent qualification
- Experience: 0-1 years of experience in consulting, government advisory, or a related field. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Skills:

- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Compensation**:

- Salary Range: 20000 - 25000 per month
- Benefits: Paid casual and sick leaves, professional development opportunities.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
