**Job Summary**:
Content strategist, is responsible for leading the development and implementation of content strategies that effectively communicate the organization’s brand voice, engage target audiences, and support marketing and business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Develop content ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience and support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Support marketing campaigns and product launches by developing content that aligns with campaign themes and objectives.

Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content produced.

Adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements in all content creation and publishing activities.

Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.

Ensuring all wordings are aligned, spaced correctly, and consistent throughout each project.

Checking proofs or mockups for errors before final production.

**Content Creator Qualifications**:
The ability to create high-quality and engaging content across your chosen format(s) is crucial.

Strong writing and editing skills are necessary, even for non-written content, as captions, scripts, and storyboards might be involved.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Creativity and a passion for content creation, with a strong understanding of storytelling principles and content development best practices.

The ability to tailor content to resonate with the target audience.

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

**Education and Experience**:
A bachelor’s or Masters's degree in English Literature is prefered.

Fresher or 6+ Months of experience.

Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.

Experience in creating high-quality content across various formats (written, visual, audio, video) or a proven ability to curate existing content effectively.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams like copywriters, designers, and videographers to develop engaging and impactful content.
