What We Want
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO)/CMO who is company's second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of business, a key member of senior management team, reporting to the CEO. You must have excellent leadership skills, business acumen and ability to effectively manage, lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team. Experience
Total experience of 5 to 15 yrs
At least 3-5years of proven experience as COO/CMO is preferred
MBA Preferred(US or EU top business or technical universities in EU preferred.)
Basic Skills Required
Specific skill set: supply chain management principal, project management principals ,data and process flows, cost cutting, auditing, product, scrum, marketing pc
Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
Experience managing a complex enterprise's human resources, finances, operations and strategies.
Ability to make business projections three years into the future.
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
Experience in fundraising will be a plus
Advanced organizational and leadership skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
Designing Landing pages and testing variations of landing pages
Leading and planning marketing funnel.
Excellent knowledge of SEO Analytics and Google Studio
Data-driven insights to improve Marketing Goals
Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to adapt quickly, operating in a high growth business
You are Expected to do:
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
Spearheading strategies for process improvements and implementing better business practices.
Assist CEO in fundraising ventures and product improvements
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) FP&A Champion.
Driving the company's operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
Oversee our organizations ongoing operations and procedures with a budget focused mindset.
Ensure all program initiatives align with the company's core values and culture
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as capable participants.
Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
Managing relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports. Develop thought leadership
Strong Governance in Analytics
Evaluation, Analysis, Development outreach sales and marketing campaign
Due diligence portfolio management and development of investment strategy
Conducting A/B testing on various channels to continuously optimize Marketing.
Monitor the Social Media management tools and Ads platform.
Calculating CAC and LTV of users acquired by various campaigns
Master at copywriting skills to write and manage blogs and case studies
Manage on-page & off-page SEO activities such as link building, blog posting, and guest article submissions.
Hands-on digital marketing experience in optimizing search, social, outbound campaigns in a B2B organization
Working knowledge of SEO and social media marketing, is self-driven and committed.
An Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
In-depth understanding of Ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, Remarketing)
Hands-on experience of setting up Events & Goals in Google Analytics
Excellent Copywriting skills
Perform keyword research using various tools to decide the strategy for the blog.
Manage Facebook Instagram Ads Manager and landing pages for lead generation
Landing Page design and strategy
