**Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

AiTrillion is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing SaaS company. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting,

forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and

profitability goals.

2. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance

sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure that

resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

4. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and

communicate this information to other members of the leadership team.

5. Build and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders to

secure funding for the company's operations and growth initiatives.

6. Oversee the company's tax planning and compliance efforts, including preparing

and filing tax returns.

7. Implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity

of the company's financial records.

8. Collaborate with other departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and

streamline operations.9. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the

company's financial operations are in line with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced

degree is preferred.

2. 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in

a leadership role.

3. Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

4. Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.

7. Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business

results.
