**Job Description**:
The NetSuite Administrator will support the maintenance and ongoing betterment of NetSuite at insightsoftware. This role will help drive the day-to-day support of the NetSuite platform, assist with the onboarding of acquisitions through data and process migration, and will be highly interactive with the business units that work in the NetSuite ecosystem. This position will have responsibility to recommend and implement business processes, reporting, dashboards, integrations, security, workflow, feeds, and configurations that enable NetSuite to drive business alignment and maximize organizational and business performance.
This person will work to ensure that the functionality of NetSuite, and support systems, is optimized and that all users are well positioned with the training and knowledge needed to effectively use the systems to their fullest.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain system controls for NetSuite and other assigned systems
- Must be able to effectively communicate with end users and other members of the IT team to understand and help solve complex problems
- Translate new business requirements into technical designs
- Develop, test, release, and support any organization initiatives
- Provide user support with regard to all aspects of our core systems, including system documentation and training materials.
- Maintain proper system access for all roles
- Perform regular data audits, check error logs, and resolve issues identified
- Create and deliver reports and data through saved searches and datasets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
- Clearly communicate project status to key stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years working with NetSuite.
- Minimum of 3 years working in Finance/accounting systems administration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or comparable experience
- Experience with NetSuite modules including core financials, procurement, and sales order processing
- A strong understanding of business processes and requirements
- Project management and system implementation experience
- Ability to create and complete project deliverables and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance to meet corporate and team objectives
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition concepts
- Experience with the SuiteCloud developer tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBundler are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce, Boomi, OpenAir, Kantata, Power BI, and Workday are a plus
- Understanding of JavaScript and/or Python are a plus
- NetSuite certifications such as the SuiteFoundation and SuiteAnalytics are a plus
