**About Blaize**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Will be responsible for Netsuite Bundle Updates and managing them.
- Creating configurations and customizations of Netsuite to meet business needs.
- To provide on-going systems and technical support for the Netsuite system which is already in place.
- Responsible for generating reports, saved searches, dashboard etc.
- Set up and maintain the workflow, processes etc.
- Collaborate with software engineers and operations personnel to execute the Netsuite-oriented roadmap directed by Leadership.
- To ensure system stability and reliability through the implementation of best practices in Netsuite administration and customization.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and implementation which aligns with Netsuite best practices and industry standards.
- Guide Netsuite releases, updates, and enhancements, suggesting and implementing improvements aligned with Netsuite best practices.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Engineering graduate or Finance graduate with at least 6 years of experience in NetSuite Administration.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- Netsuite Administrator Certification or relevant industry experience. (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Netsuite customization, data migration, saved searches, reports. (mandatory)
- Have working knowledge of NetSuite ERP Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials (AP/AR/GL), Inventory and Advance Revenue Management. (mandatory)
- Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization, ticket resolution, and on-time project completion. (mandatory)
- Should be willing to work with multi-locations-based teams (UK and US based teams). (mandatory)
- Fully efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permission, page layouts, searches and reports and Netsuite data model.
- Can demonstrate experience with CRM or other ERP systems.
- Should be familiar with financial standards like 606 in Netsuite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Should be able to convert business requirements into technical design documents and have strong documentation skills.
- Should be able to test the NetSuite patches in Sandbox environment and implement the same on production.
