Netsuite Administrator

**Job Purpose**:
We are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to be responsible for the overall administration, support, and ongoing optimization of our NetSuite platform. This role will help define the strategic roadmap in addition to acting as the main point of contact internally to support users, create workflows, saved searches, and provide documentation. You will interact with multiple team members across the organization and will be instrumental in furthering the team’s mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a part of an evolving business systems team in a high-growth global organization. You will have the opportunity to design, build and implement best-practice financial processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and administer the NetSuite platform & integrations including but not limited to Celigo, Adaptive, Stampli, & Avalara to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Support end-to-end solutioning: design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to support our evolving business model.
- Support all teams by actively identifying gaps between current and desired end-states and delivering efficient and effective solutions.
- Ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are adhered to on all production changes and implementations.
- Monitor the system and identify critical issues with the existing solutions and proactively design and fix the as built solutions.
- Lead root cause analysis where issues are noted and be a champion for prioritization and remediation.
- Work closely with cross-domain IT teams and 3rd parties to develop and test any multi-functional solutions.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration, and customizations.
- Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards.
**Requirements**:
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors’ degree in relevant discipline
- 3+ years of experience as a NetSuite Admin
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, Administrator) are a plus
- Experience supporting core financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and solutioning with business leaders.
- Strong understanding of the accounting and financial modules within NetSuite
- Experience with 3rd party integrations preferred.

**Work Timings**:
Monday through Friday from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration. This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days’ work from office at Hyderabad.
