Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients within the target industries,

including manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders involved in the

production and disposal of plastic, e-waste, tires, batteries, etc.

and networking events to generate qualified leads and opportunities for our waste

management services.

3. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients,

and tailor our solutions to address their specific requirements and sustainability goals.

4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting the

company's products and services.

5. Proposal Development: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and quotations that

clearly communicate the value proposition of our waste management services, pricing

structures, and contractual terms.

6. Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate terms with clients to close deals, ensuring

mutual satisfaction.

7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,

providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling

or cross-selling additional services.

8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and

competitive landscape related to waste management, EPR regulations, recycling

technologies, and emerging opportunities.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, operations, and

customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities, timely response

to client inquiries, and effective execution of contracts.

10. Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities,

monitor pipeline progress, forecast revenue projections, and generate regular reports for

management review

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹36,417.46 per month
