Operations Management**:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
Coordinate with various teams to maintain operational efficiency
Implement and monitor operational procedures and policies
Respond to and resolve operational issues promptly
**Staff Management**:
Supervise and lead a team of duty managers and staff
Schedule and assign tasks to team members
Provide training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs
**Customer Service**:
Maintain high standards of customer service across all departments
Handle escalated customer complaints and concerns
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and experience
**Safety and Security**:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Oversee security measures and emergency response procedures
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments
Lead emergency response efforts when necessary
**Facility Maintenance**:
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper upkeep of the facility
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules
Manage vendor relationships for various facility services
**Financial Management**:
Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving measures
Prepare and manage departmental budgets
Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators
**Communication and Reporting**:
Liaise with senior management, providing regular updates on operations
Prepare comprehensive reports on facility performance, incidents, and improvements
Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders
**Continuous Improvement**:
Identify areas for improvement in operations and implement solutions
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Propose and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in facility management or similar role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office suite
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and security regulations
