**Role: Sales Officer (FMSG Industry)**

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Experience: 3+**years of experience

**Location: South Bangalore**

**Job description**:

- 1. Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify and exploit new sales opportunities in the market.
- 2. Territory Management
- Plan and execute daily market visits across assigned areas.
- Ensure effective beat planning and route coverage of all outlets.
- Expand the outlet base and increase product penetration.

- 3. Distributor Handling
- Coordinate with distributors for order placement, delivery, and stock management.
- Monitor distributor performance in terms of coverage, stock availability, and sales.
- Resolve distributor issues related to billing, claims, and service efficiency.
- 4. Retailer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers.
- Ensure visibility and availability of SKUs in all mapped outlets.
- Promote new launches and drive uptake of promotional schemes.

- 5. Competitor Monitoring
- Track and report competitor visibility, shelf share, and promotional activity.
- Provide insights on how to improve brand presence at the point of sale.
- 6. Store Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retail staff and store managers.
- Communicate upcoming campaigns, promotions, and merchandising requirements.
- Resolve on-ground challenges related to space, POS materials, and displays.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Good in time management
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excel knowledge is required

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
