**Responsibilities**:
**- Root cause analysis of issues based on logs/traces.**

**- Identification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysis.**

**- Identifying and assigning severity and priority of defects.**

**- Check for quality of the reported defects.**

**- Analyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defects.**

**- Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation.**

**- Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defects.**

**- Perform tests for functional/non-functional requirements (if needed). Mandatory Skills**:
**- Excellent in Infotainment system defect analysis, triaging and defect management.**

**- Excellent with trace analysis (DLT/CAN/Ethernet logs etc.).**

**- Knowledge on automotive tools like DLT Viewer, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco etc.**

**- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like SOME-IP, SOME-IP SD, CAN, Flexray, MOST, Ethernet diagnostics UDP, UDS ISO-14229 etc.**

**- Excellent communication skills.**

**- Strong in Automotive (Infotainment) system testing for different OEMs, regions and languages. Desired Skills**

**- Knowledge on network comm.**
