**Job Description - Grade Specific**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Root cause analysis of issues based on logs/traces.**
**Identification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysis.**
**Identifying and assigning severity and priority of defects.**
**Check for quality of the reported defects.**
**Analyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defects.**
**Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation.**
**Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defects.**
**Perform tests for functional/non-functional requirements (if needed). Mandatory Skills**:
**Excellent in Infotainment system defect analysis, triaging and defect management.**
**Excellent with trace analysis (DLT/CAN/Ethernet logs etc.).**
**Knowledge on automotive tools like DLT Viewer, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco etc.**
**Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like SOME-IP, SOME-IP SD, CAN, Flexray, MOST, Ethernet diagnostics UDP, UDS ISO-14229 etc.**
**Excellent communication skills.**
**Strong in Automotive (Infotainment) system testing for different OEMs, regions and languages. Desired Skills**
**Knowledge on network comm.**
