**Position Title**: Call Attender
**Location**:Vanagaram, Chennai
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Experience Required**: 0-2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call Handling**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outgoing calls as per the organization's requirements (e.g., customer follow-ups, reminders, etc.).
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Route calls to the appropriate department or person as needed.
- Record and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed call logs, including customer details, queries, and resolutions.
- Update relevant databases or CRM tools with call-related information.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain a polite and empathetic tone while interacting with customers.
- Handle complaints or difficult callers with professionalism and patience.
- **General Support**:

- Assist with basic administrative tasks as required.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in Tamil, English, Hindi.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with phone systems or CRM software.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
