What's the role?:
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Recruiters throughout the hiring process.
- Enter and maintain integrity of data on a real time basis in recruiting database (iCIMS) and produce ad hoc reports as needed.
- Background verification report and job postings in recruiting systems.
- Work with continual improvement mind-set in getting efficiencies in recruitment administration.
- Establish rapport with the recruiting agencies and works towards quick turnaround on scheduling.
- Create, track, process and maintaining vendor agreements (new/renewal), invoice processing, relocation expense of new joiners and Employee Change authorization request as per policy.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as required and assigned.

Who are you?:

- Graduate in any stream (any degree in HRM would be preferred)
- 1-3 yrs of experience into interview cordination/TA operations
- Assist Recruiters throughout the hiring process.
