Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry & Verification
- Enter and update data (customer information, accounting transactions) into CRM systems and databases.
- Verify records' accuracy and reconcile any discrepancies in customer data, product details, and pricing.
- Regularly update data on performance metrics and KPIs.

2.Reporting
- Generate reports and summaries to assist the accounting team with performance tracking.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual data reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the team to understand data needs and provide timely support.

3.Data Management & Organization
- Organize and manage digital files, records, and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security protocols when handling customer or business-sensitive information.
- Archive historical data for future reference and compliance purposes.

4. Data Analysis & Insights
- Assist in analysing trends and customer data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify patterns or inconsistencies in data and bring them to management's attention.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve data quality and efficiency.

5. CRM & Database Maintenance
- Regularly clean and update the CRM and database to ensure accurate and relevant information.
- Help integrate new data sources and maintain data integrity.
- Support CRM training for team members as needed.
