Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Management:
Accurately input data from various sources into the company’s database or systems.

Ensure that all entered data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.

Maintain and update data records on a regular basis.

2. Advanced Excel Functions:
Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros, and data analysis tools to manage, clean, and analyze data.

Create and maintain complex Excel reports and dashboards for internal use.

Automate repetitive tasks using Excel formulas and macros to improve efficiency.

3. Data Quality Assurance:
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and take corrective actions as needed.

Perform data validation checks to ensure the integrity of the information entered.

Conduct periodic audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of data.

4. Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and provide regular reports based on the data entered, ensuring clear and actionable insights.

Assist in data analysis by preparing reports using Excel charts, graphs, and pivot tables.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field is a plus.
