**ob Title: Data Entry Clerk / Typist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately type and enter data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure data integrity.
- Update and maintain databases and records in Excel.
- Create and format Excel spreadsheets, including charts and graphs as needed.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data analysis.
- Assist with the preparation of documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Respond to inquiries and provide support on data-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry and typing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with database management systems.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may be performed in an office environment or remotely, depending on company policies.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
