**Job Summary**:
The Facility and Network Coordinator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility operations while managing and supporting the organization’s network infrastructure. This dual-role ensures smooth functionality of physical workplace environments and robust IT connectivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facilities Management**:

- Oversee maintenance, safety, and security of office premises and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility-related tasks (cleaning, HVAC, electricity, etc.).
- Monitor and manage utilities, space planning, and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan and execute facility upgrades, relocations, or expansions as needed.

**Network & IT Support**:

- Manage LAN/WAN setup and maintenance including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide basic IT support for desktops, printers, IP phones, and network connectivity.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for upgrades, troubleshooting, and installations.
- Monitor network performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist in implementing data backup and security protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar dual-role or in facilities and IT support.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols and infrastructure.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
