Facility & Network Supervisor

Facility cum Network Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the hospital’s facilities and IT network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. This role combines facility management and network supervision to maintain a safe, functional, and connected environment for healthcare delivery. The role requires hands-on experience in facility operations, IT network management, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Facility Management**:
Supervise maintenance of hospital facilities, including air conditioning, plumbing, electrical systems, O2 plant, Softener plant, RO plant, Distilled Water unit, Generators and other machinery.

Ensure hospital compliance with safety, sanitation, and healthcare facility standards.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and repairs.

Manage waste disposal, cleanliness, and facility-related support services.

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid service disruptions.

**Network and IT Management**:
Monitor and maintain the hospital's network systems, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to maintain continuous access to hospital management systems.

Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware/software upgrades, repairs, and installations.

Ensure data security and compliance with relevant healthcare regulations.

Support hospital staff with network-related issues and provide basic training for system use.

**Operational Efficiency and Safety**:
Implement energy-efficient practices and cost-saving initiatives for facility and network resources.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities and network systems to identify areas of improvement.

Ensure proper documentation for compliance, maintenance, and network activities.

Prepare and present reports on facility and network operations to hospital management.

**EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum of 3 years in facility management or network supervision, preferably in a healthcare environment.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle emergencies efficiently.

Good communication skills to coordinate with hospital staff and external vendors.

Proactive approach to maintenance and troubleshooting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
