**Job Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients, including architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers, to understand their marble requirements.
- Maintain and build strong customer relationships by providing excellent pre
- and post-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by generating leads and closing deals.
- Keep track of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of marble sales experience is mandatory.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Confident and persuasive, capable of handling price discussions effectively.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented.
