Operate and monitor weaving machines (e.g., Rapier, Air Jet, Sulzer, etc.) efficiently.
- Set up looms including warping, tying-in, and drawing-in as per specifications.
- Inspect woven fabric for defects and make necessary adjustments to machines.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and minor repairs on weaving machines.
- Maintain production logs and report daily output and downtimes.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.
- Assist in training new operators or junior technicians as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Textile Technology or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a weaving production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
