**Job Title**: Plant Operation - Waterjet Loom

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations of the **Waterjet Loom plant** ensuring smooth production activities.
- Supervise installation, operation, and maintenance of **Waterjet Loom machines**.
- Monitor production output, quality control, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.
- Lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers, providing training and guidance.
- Plan and optimize machine utilization to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production planning, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with looms and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, preventive maintenance schedules, and SOPs.
- Maintain reports on production efficiency, wastage, and resource utilization.
- Drive process improvements to enhance fabric quality and reduce costs.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in **Textile Technology / Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent.
- Minimum **5 years of experience in Waterjet Loom production and plant operations**.
- Strong technical knowledge of **Waterjet Looms, weaving processes, and têxtile production**.
- Proven ability to manage workforce and meet production targets.
- Experience in handling **Jacquard/Dobby attachments** (preferred).
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of loom machinery.
