Waterjet Incharge

**Technical Operations & Machine Handling**
- **Operate and oversee waterjet cutting machines** to ensure optimal performance.
- **Program and load cutting files** (usually via CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD or Flow Master).
- **Set up materials and fixtures** correctly for cutting jobs.
- **Monitor cutting processes** to maintain quality and efficiency.
- **Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting** of the waterjet machine.

**Production & Planning**
- **Plan and schedule cutting jobs** according to priority and delivery timelines.
- **Optimize material usage** to minimize waste and improve cost-efficiency.
- **Coordinate with the production team** for smooth workflow integration.

**Quality Control**
- **Inspect finished components** to ensure dimensional accuracy and edge quality.
- **Maintain quality documentation** and records for traceability.
- **Implement quality checks** and report defects or non-conformance.

**Team Management & Safety**
- **Supervise waterjet machine operators** and provide technical guidance.
- **Train new operators** on machine use, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- **Ensure workplace safety compliance** (PPE, water handling, high-pressure systems).
- **Enforce machine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)** and preventive maintenance schedules.

**Reporting & Coordination**
- **Maintain daily production logs**, material consumption, and downtime reports.
- **Report machine issues** to maintenance or engineering teams for resolution.
- **Liaise with design, planning, and QC departments** to meet production goals.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
