**Merchandising Manager**

**Overview**:
We are building a home decor company to help young adults enhance and enjoy their personal space. To achieve this goal, we are on the lookout for a merchandising manager who understands our product goals and creates end-to-end solutions to support product development from visualization to reality.

- **Good communicator & negotiator**:You will be speaking to suppliers on a regular basis. Having a positive and disarming attitude goes miles toward getting our desired product solutions and having an amiable working relationship with key suppliers.
- **Eye-For-Detail**:Anyone who thoroughly inspects the samples on-spot to mitigate any undesirable attributes and knows what will work for the product when it manifests in its entirety.
- **Creative Solutions**:Someone that can creatively yet flawlessly proceed through any production or design hiccups.
- **Sincere & Discipline**: We want people on board who’re disciplined and have inherent professionalism to stay consistent & productive.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Able to understand our product in detail, break it down, and find the best suppliers for the product.
- Manage product pricing and negotiate the best cost of the product whilst keeping the quality consistent.
- Keeping the suppliers in constant touch, identifying dependable suppliers, and maintaining a friendly working relationship with them.
- Go on regular checks to see if the quality is maintained at every step of the production process.
- Carry on with the vendor search so as to ensure the best quality and best price for the product in the market.
- Keep a QC checklist ready for each vendor and regularly manage the sheets to keep your performance consistent with the determined goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
