This role demands a strong understanding of production P&L;, resource allocation, and the ability to optimize efficiency in terms of manpower and raw materials. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.What You'll Do• Oversee and manage production planning, execution, and timelines.• Monitor production P&L; and identify opportunities for cost optimization.• Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, fabrics, trims, and dyes.• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain product quality and timely delivery. • Track production costs, wastage, and efficiency parameters.• Build strong processes for monitoring inventory, consumption, and reporting.Skills & Experience We're Looking For• 4+ years of experience in production/merchandising, preferably with a digital-first fashion brand.• Strong grasp of production economics, costing, and resource planning.• Excellent analytical and numerical skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel.• In-depth understanding of fabrics, trims, stitching, and vendor management.• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines. • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high sense of ownership.How Dressfolk Will Propel Your Career• Work directly with the founder and leadership team in a high-growth environment.• Be at the forefront of redefining Indian handlooms for a global audience.• Exposure to building and scaling systems that impact artisans, customers, and the business at large.• Thrive in a culture that values innovation, ownership, and long-term wealth creation (including ESOPs).Full-time role | 6 Days I Office: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon
