**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for providing analysis and information on key business trends on revenue and its drivers which is required for decision making, review operational performance of the business with an eye towards forecasting of financial and non-financial parameters.
- Leading the budgeting/planning process, monitoring the P&L, analysing the variances and providing insights on improvement
- Examining and evaluating operational efficiencies of each of the functions in the light of achieving cost efficiency business models and thereby optimizing cost, enabled through capex and opex budgetary controls

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- To provide revenue forecast and profitability performance of the business on a monthly basis with variance analysis and provide decision support to the business teams to align or re-align the strategies towards achievement of annual operating targets
- To present monthly financial performance of the cluster to the BLT with insights on the variances between the actuals and the target. Develop ad-hoc financial models and review the data-driven analysis with business team to support strategic initiatives
- Institute and implement robust budgetary control systems for Opex & Capex to ensure that spends are in line with the annual operating plan. Implement framework for review with the functional stakeholders enabling identification of operational efficiencies for the business.
- Leading the FP&A team at Cluster by providing direction around areas of Revenue-Cost-Capex and driving analysis towards achieving profitability and efficiencies. Working closely with other stakeholders like Corporate, FinOPS, SSC and Functional heads towards achieving the business goals.
