**Job Title: Video Editor**

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting. You will play a key role in enhancing the quality and impact of our video content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos, including promotional videos, advertisements, documentaries, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and deliver high-quality video content.
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
- Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the final product.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of video projects.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Manage and organize all video files and assets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe After Effects or Photoshop.
- Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for video content.
- Knowledge of cinematography and photography principles.
- Experience with live streaming and video production for digital platforms.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
