As a **Video Editor/Motion Artist**, you’ll be responsible for turning creative concepts into visually striking video content and animations. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and make a significant impact on both our brand and our clients’ projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished content, ensuring storytelling aligns with the brand’s tone and vision.
- Create and animate motion graphics, including titles, transitions, intros, and outros.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with the creative team to produce fresh and impactful ideas for projects.
- Stay on top of design and motion trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Work on diverse projects ranging from promotional videos and advertisements to social media campaigns and branding materials.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing startup and contribute to building a strong creative culture.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
- A self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly and hustle in a startup environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new tools, techniques, and creative avenues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion design work.
