**Job description**
**Responsibilities**:
**IPO Planning and Coordination**:
- Work closely with senior management, legal advisors, and underwriters to plan and coordinate all company secretarial activities related to the IPO process.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive timeline outlining key milestones and deadlines for regulatory filings and disclosures.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws, regulations, and stock exchange requirements throughout the IPO process.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including the prospectus and other necessary documents, in a timely and accurate manner.
**Communication with Regulatory Bodies**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, and other relevant authorities during the IPO process.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information from regulatory agencies.
**Board and Shareholder Relations**:
- Assist in the preparation of board resolutions and documentation related to the IPO, ensuring accurate and timely communication with the board of directors.
- Coordinate with shareholders to facilitate their participation in the IPO and address any related concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; qualified Company Secretary.
- 1 years of experience in company secretarial work, with a focus on IPOs.
- In-depth knowledge of securities laws, stock exchange regulations, and corporate governance practices.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
