Job Description:
Be knowledgeable and informed about the range of Neo smile foundation CSR activities in order to successfully represent and promote the CSR Team’s work. - Assist in planning and developing overall CSR marketing and communications assets (including annual CSR report, newsletters, audio-visual assets, marketing collateral, presentations and updates to web site, intranet, and social media platforms). - Maintain corporate communications calendar and timelines, including, but not limited to CSR events (e.g. Earth Day), important CSR conferences, award submissions, and timelines for annual reports such as the Communications on Progress (COP).

Assist in preparations for submissions of questionnaires for major global sustainability and rankings and scorecards (such as EcoVadis), and other submissions for CSR/Sustainability related awards. - Assist with preparing meeting minutes and briefing notes. - Assist with meeting preparation (quarterly CSR Board meetings; CSR Committee meetings; regional and annual meetings and external conferences). - Conduct news monitoring to keep up to date on latest developments in CSR trends, policies, and CSR efforts by the company key clients. - Maintain an up-to-date list of awards, achievements, and rankings of the Firm with respect to CSR - Assist with a variety of research projects - Other projects as they arise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
