**About the Role**

Aarya Trans is seeking a **motivated and skilled CSR Fundraising and Expenditure Executive** to support its CSR initiatives. The role involves identifying CSR funding opportunities, coordinating with corporates, and managing the execution of funded projects. **Key Responsibilities**

**1. CSR Fundraising**
- Research and identify companies with CSR mandates aligned to public transport and sustainability goals.
- Assist in creating and presenting proposals to secure CSR funding.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams to explore funding opportunities.

**2. Project Coordination**
- Support the planning and execution of CSR-funded projects in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Ensure that projects align with corporate objectives and community needs.

**3. Reporting and Compliance**
- Track and monitor CSR fund utilization, ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements (e.g., Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013).
- Prepare progress and impact reports for corporate donors, highlighting outcomes and benefits.

**4. Stakeholder Engagemen**t
- Liaise with NGOs, government agencies, and corporate partners to coordinate project execution.
- Represent Aarya Trans in CSR forums, events, and conferences.

**Required Qualifications**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or certifications in CSR, Sustainability, or Fundraising (preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in CSR activities, fundraising, or social impact projects.
- Basic understanding of CSR laws in India and sustainability goals.

**Skills**
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic project management and financial planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing proposals and reports.
- Ability to research and analyze CSR trends and opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,942.69 - ₹30,647.02 per month
