**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum for teaching psychology at the postgraduate level, covering key topics such as cognitive psychology, social psychology, developmental psychology, and abnormal psychology.
- **Instructional Delivery**: Deliver engaging and interactive instruction in psychology concepts, theories, and methodologies using a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, case studies, and experiential learning activities.
- **Laboratory Supervision**: Oversee laboratory activities and experiments related to psychology research methods, data collection, and analysis, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- **Student Assessment**: Develop and administer assessments, such as tests, quizzes, research projects, and presentations, to evaluate students' understanding of psychology concepts, critical thinking skills, and research abilities.
- **Research and Scholarship**: Conduct original research and scholarly activities in psychology, publish research findings in academic journals, and participate in professional conferences and workshops to stay updated on advancements in the field.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation, critical inquiry, and intellectual curiosity among students, promoting a passion for lifelong learning and personal growth.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, departmental heads, and educational administrators to coordinate instructional activities, share best practices, and contribute to the overall academic development of students and the department.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with the broader community, including parents, alumni, and mental health professionals, to raise awareness of psychology education, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and foster partnerships for student internships and research opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Teaching experience at the postgraduate level, preferably in a university or college setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychology theories, research methods, and ethical principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds and academic levels.
- Demonstrated commitment to student success, academic excellence, and professional growth.
- Research publications and scholarly contributions in psychology are desirable.
- Membership or affiliation with relevant professional organizations is a plus.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
