Psychology Teacher is responsible:

- Guide graduate students in their research projects, theses, and dissertations. Provide mentorship on research design, data analysis, and interpretation of findings.
- Design and administer assessments, exams, and assignments to evaluate students' understanding and progress in advanced psychology topics. Provide constructive feedback to support their academic and research development.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in psychology by engaging in scholarly activities, attending conferences, and publishing research. Encourage students to participate in academic conferences and publish their work.
- Offer guidance and support to graduate students in their academic and professional pursuits. Assist with career planning, internship placement, and other aspects of their graduate studies.
- Work collaboratively with other faculty members, researchers, and administrators within the psychology department to enhance the overall quality of the graduate program. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development.
- Incorporate relevant technology, online resources, and virtual tools into teaching methods to enhance the learning experience for graduate students.
- Foster connections between the psychology department and the wider academic and professional community. Facilitate networking opportunities, guest lectures, and collaborations with professionals in the field.
- Emphasize ethical considerations in research and practice. Teach students about the ethical guidelines and standards relevant to the practice of psychology.
- Be available for graduate student consultation during designated office hours to address academic concerns, provide additional support, and offer guidance.
