Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in psychology aligned with the school curriculum.
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Assessment**:

- Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their performance.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development.
- Facilitate discussions and encourage critical thinking about psychological concepts.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in psychology and educational practices.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Engage with parents and guardians to support student learning.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:
Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Psychology (M.A./M.Sc. in Psychology).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, concepts, and research methods.
