**Position Overview**:
The **Shift Associate** plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the hotel during their assigned shift. This position requires individuals to provide excellent customer service, manage guest requests, and support hotel departments to deliver a seamless experience for guests. Shift Associates are responsible for overseeing specific operations, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring all tasks are completed according to the hotel’s service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Guest Service**:

- Ensure a high standard of guest service at all times.
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.

**2)Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the different departments to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of services.

**3)Administrative Tasks**:

- Perform routine administrative tasks such as managing shift schedules, coordinating with team members, and completing shift reports.

**4)Safety & Security**:

- Ensure hotel security procedures are followed during the shift.
- Monitor the hotel’s safety protocols, addressing any potential issues as they arise.

**5)Team Support**:

- Assist other hotel staff with tasks as needed, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Help train new associates and provide support to less experienced staff members.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
