**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
