**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Odoo servers (on-premise or cloud environments).
- Manage Linux servers (primarily Ubuntu/Debian) that host Odoo environments.
- Perform regular updates, upgrades, and patches to the Odoo system and its dependencies.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of services.
- Configure and maintain PostgreSQL databases used by Odoo, including backups and restorations.
- Implement and manage Odoo multi-instance architecture (if required).
- Automate tasks using shell scripting and other tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Set up and manage SSL certificates, reverse proxy (Nginx), and domain configurations.
- Implement security best practices including firewall rules, fail2ban, and user access controls.
- Collaborate with developers to support deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and Git-based workflows.
- Maintain documentation related to server configurations, architecture, and SOPs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in system administration, with specific experience managing Odoo environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with **Linux (Ubuntu/Debian)** server administration.
- Solid understanding of **Odoo architecture** and **PostgreSQL** database management.
- Experience with **Nginx**, **Apache**, and SSL/TLS configuration.
- Familiarity with **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, or other container orchestration tools is a plus.
- Good understanding of network security, firewalls, and access control.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
