Through our pre-school brands, we provide premium, international early childhood education. **Job Summary** **Job description** 2) Collaborates with internal teams to set up Social Media strategy and plans. 3) Develops engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, stories, and reels. Possesses good knowledge of caption writing, hashtag implementation, and a sense of crisp and informative content for social channels. 4) Builds and maintains our social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn by posting content and updates regularly. 5) Measures and reports performance of social media channels and website and assesses against marketing objectives. 6) Identifies trends and insights and optimizes content and performance based on the insights. 7) Coordinates with Sales & Marketing Team and brainstorms growth strategies through digital marketing to explore new opportunities. 8) Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. 9) Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes the website from time to time. 10) Successfully runs and manages paid social media ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring effective targeting, optimization, and high ROI. 11) Explores relevant tools and platforms in line with industry trends to support sales efforts and enhance marketing performance. **Requirement** - Minimum 1 year Experience in Social media Industry - Strong Verbal and written communication skills. - Strong knowledge of all leading social media sites and their algorithms. - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize them. - Should have experience in SEO, SMM, Pay per click, Google Adwords, and other related activities. **Location**: Kalyaninagar, Pune Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - Social media marketing: 1 year (required) - total work: 1 year (preferred) License/Certification: - Digital marketing (required) Work Location: In person
