**Responsibilities**:

- Manage backend operations to ensure smooth functioning of marketing and sales activities.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct outbound dealer calling to build relationships, provide support, and gather market feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align efforts and optimize dealer/ customer relationships for enhanced sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, transactions, and sales data.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, sales materials, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Provide administrative support for marketing and sales departments as needed

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
