**Customer interaction**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions
- **Complaint management**: Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
- **Service coordination**: Schedule appointments, coordinate with technical teams, and update customers on service progress
- **Sales support**: Promote products and services, and help customers understand warranty terms
- **Documentation and reporting**: Maintain records of customer interactions and service requests, and prepare reports
- **Customer feedback**: Conduct surveys and follow-up calls to gather feedback, and analyze it to suggest improvements
- **Relationship management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- **Lead generation**: Work with the sales team to generate leads, and identify opportunities for new business
- **Appointment management**: Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
- **Customer satisfaction**: Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,043.10 - ₹31,361.55 per month
