**Customer service**: Welcome customers, answer questions, and maintain positive relationships
- **Scheduling**: Schedule appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups
- **Communication**: Communicate with customers and mechanics about vehicle issues, repair costs, and completion times
- **Sales**: Sell products and services to customers, including merchandise and repair services
- **Advice**: Advise customers on car maintenance, warranty protections, and cost savings
- **Repair**: Consult with mechanics on repairs, and help customers decide between fixing or part exchanging their car
- **Complaints**: Resolve customer complaints after repairs
- **Marketing**: Find new customers and market the dealership's services
- **Inventory**: Take inventory and send out invoices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,076.63 - ₹24,685.35 per month
