**Role**: UI Designer -1

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent

experience across platforms
- Design compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers and

Developers in your team
- Build a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long
- term product

vision
- Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative design

efforts
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand

perception and user-experience
- Work with the front
- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensure

design consistency
- Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as business

requirements
- Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1+ years of design experience
- Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital

marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences
- Proficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen

understanding of graphic/web design principles
- Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and

campaigns
- Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming

feedback and collaboration
- Experience concepting, designing, and executing video content
- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior

leadership
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
