**Job Title: Commis Chef - Pyramid Café Lounge & Bar**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients, basic dishes, sauces, and garnishes as per recipes
- Maintain high standards of **food hygiene, safety, and presentation**:

- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and kitchen equipment
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (freshers with training are welcome)
- Basic knowledge of food preparation & kitchen safety standards
- Team player with a positive attitude and passion for cooking
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
