Roles and Responsibilities

Purchase Executive / Manager

Qualification : Any Graduate

Minimum 05 years and above required

(Preferably from Construction / Interior Industry) Outstanding verbal and communication skills. Must be well versed in local language (English & Hindi preferred).

Development of vendor base for timely procurement of materials / equipment's.

Techno-commercial evaluation of offers, negotiation, procurement, finalization of MOUs & rate contracts for bulk purchase items.

Negotiate competitive rates with the vendors to minimize costs without compromising the quality of material.

Technical Discussion with supplier to assess their requirement. This also involves review of production process and suggestions to improve their product quality and reengineering activities.

To plan for the inventory of the incoming material and place the purchase order accordingly to the supplier.

Responsible for procurement of all construction related materials as per requirement.

Analysis of offers, negotiations and preparation of the rate comparison / TAF.

Identification of the new vendors / new materials.

Knowledge of Bulk purchase.

Good knowledge on construction related materials.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
