**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Coordination**:

- Develop and manage relationships with potential employers for internships and job placements.
- Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives and off-campus placement opportunities.
- Liaise with corporate organizations to identify opportunities for placement and internships.
- **Training & Development**:

- Organize career development programs, workshops, mock interviews, and resume-writing sessions to prepare students for the job market.
- Arrange soft skills training programs and technical sessions in collaboration with industry professionals and external trainers.
- Work closely with faculty to align student training programs with industry requirements.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Collaborate with industries to set up meaningful MoUs, guest lectures, and industrial visits.
- Develop strategies to build long-term partnerships with companies and foster alumni engagement for placement opportunities.
- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide career guidance and counseling to students to help them identify their career goals and options.
- **Data Management & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of placement statistics, employer interactions, and training program outcomes.
- Prepare and present reports on placement activities, training effectiveness, and employment statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage all administrative tasks related to placement and training, such as coordinating with companies, preparing placement schedules, and managing student databases.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Training & Placement, Career Services, or similar roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients and industries.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends, job market demands, and student career development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
