Supply Chain Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics operations including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Ensure the smooth and cost-effective flow of goods from suppliers to customers. 2. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and oversee the movement of goods in and out of warehouses. Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory. 3. Transportation Management: Coordinate and manage transportation routes, schedules, and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods. Work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure optimal transportation solutions and costs. 4. Warehouse Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouses, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Optimize storage layouts and material handling processes to improve efficiency. 5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and products. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to secure the best pricing and delivery terms. 6. Cost Control: Monitor and analyze logistics costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible. Manage logistics budgets and track key performance metrics (KPIs). 7. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs, and import/export procedures. Prepare and manage required documentation for transportation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork. 8. Team Leadership: Supervise and train logistics staff, including warehouse personnel and coordinators. Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure effective communication across departments. 9. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement technology solutions (e.g., logistics software, WMS, TMS) to streamline operations. 10. Customer Service: Address and resolve any logistics-related issues that may affect customer satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of products and accurate communication with customers on shipment statuses

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹26,700.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
