**Job Summary**:
**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Undertake recruitment administration activities, included but not limited to, Interviews, briefing calls and screenings.
- Build active pipelines for a range of expanding functions within the business.
- Work with the wider talent acquisition team to manage team efforts based on Stakeholder demands.
- Positively representing the brand through action and behaviour in line with Sapphire DNA.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time-management abilities
- Curiosity and interest in our industry and the people who make it.

**Travel required**:
You must be able to attend our Mumbai office at least once a week. Our address can be found on the company website.
