As a Technical TA Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in scaling the client's technology and product team to shape our hiring strategy, own the recruitment lifecycle, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and product roles (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data, QA, Product, etc.) • tech stacks • Strategize sourcing across platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, etc.) innovative channels to attract top talent • Maintain an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding • Build a strong tech hiring pipeline through proactive outreach, talent mapping, and community engagement • Track and report recruitment metrics – time-to-hire, conversion ratios, and source Own employer branding for tech hiring – drive content, campaigns, and employee Work closely with HRBP and L&D teams for onboarding and early-stage employee 6-8 years of hands-on experience in technical recruiting for high-growth startups or tech-first companies • Strong understanding of modern technologies and engineering principles (Java, Python, Node.js, React, AWS, Docker, etc.) • Prior experience hiring for backend, frontend, data science, product, and DevOps Ability to assess tech talent beyond resumes – portfolio reviews, GitHub insights,
