Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 10 Years

Role Overview:

The Head of Talent Acquisition leads the recruitment strategy and team, ensuring the company can meet its workforce needs with the right talent, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Employer Branding: Build the companys image as an employer of choice.
  • Recruitment Operations: Oversee sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs.
  • Technology & Analytics: Implement and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), recruitment tools, and data-driven hiring practices.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive diverse hiring initiatives and ensure inclusive practices.
  • Executive Hiring: Often directly manage senior/executive-level searches.
  • Compliance: Ensure hiring processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Strategic thinking and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of recruitment technology (ATS, AI sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Deep understanding of talent markets and employer branding

Typical Background:

  • 10- 20 years in HR/Recruitment, with progressive leadership experience
  • Experience in both high-volume and niche/executive hiring
  • Exposure to global or regional markets (in multinational companies
